I'm glad that they were there. I first called AAA and the first tow bailed out on me because I have a 40 foot diesel pusher because of the size and weight and limited tow vehicles that are available. I called AJs and they told me what to do and what code to give AAA and as soon as AAA dispatched them they would be out. I was about 40 miles north of Sacramento so it took about an hour to get to me. I had no idea how much work went into towing a big RV. Excellent Customer Service!!! They have a TEXT confirmation and ETA info there. I have used them a couple times personally. I have worked with Jay and he is just so nice. Anyway, I refer all my clients and they bill us directly! I work for an A+ Insurance company and have not had any issues witht them. Our clients have been taken care of. You NEED TO CALL AJ's for a TOW!

They told me they had to go after opening the door and we explained our battery was still dead. After a 2nd call to our insurance company AJ'S Towing-Azim! came to the rescue!!! Abdullah was very helpful and easy to work with! He helped us, since it was so late get connected with a couple other companies that could assist us at that time.
It took an hour and half for them to come and help me open my car, but when they got there it took just a few seconds. I called multiple places and either no one was picking up or couldn't do it. It was super late at night and cost $60. I think it was reasonable. I would definitely use them again
Their Service was the best around Sacramento and Yolo county. The guy called Ali helped me today. He is very friendly and professional. The best part is he kept communicating with me about the traffic so that I can utilize my waiting time wisely. So, I am very satisfied with the service and I would like to call them for help again If I need.
