This company truly goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. My car was stuck on the 3rd floor of a parking garage, where no tow truck would fit. The employees here took the time and care to physically roll my car down the entire garage and did so in a fast, safe, and diligent way. I would give them 6/5 stars if I could; it was an excellent experience.

Unfortunately our Tesla had a total power failure after a supercharging session on the way to a ski trip. Fortunately Tesla service routed us to AJ's whereby Durani came by to help us out. After numerous attempts by him to try and start the car, he loaded up our Tesla onto his flatbed truck. He offered to take our Tesla 100+ back to a Tesla center near our home and offered to take us with him in the truck. Absolutely terrific service. Two other companies made me wait two hours each and just kept extending the wait time. AJ's told me 45 minutes then made it in a half hour. Naveed and Raheen could not have been more helpful, kind and professional. They made a rough day end with a smile. I highly recommend!

I normally just rate food but I had to rate this business. I am riding my motorcycle down the road and it just died. Thank God I was not on freeway. Called Geico for tow and they sent AJ Towing. Took about an hour for them to come which is not bad. Idriss is an experienced professional doing this. He tied some straps to forks attached to chains. Raheen was on time and quick to notify me that he was at the location where the car was parked at while I was at work. A little misunderstanding but was understood on both ends. I've told dispatch that the car was lowered on lowering springs yet he made sure he took care of the car and made sure he didn't scratch the car whatsoever! Recommended to everyone that needs quick and reliable services!
