Raheem was so customer service friendly and professional and patient. With his knowledge you guy's at AJ's towing are very lucky to have him, I called for a tow but I wanted it the next day not a few hours from the time i called and I was on the other side of town but he waited patiently and actually got my car to start. He is the reason i would recommend this tow company and I would definitely use the service again, I hope you all treat him well.‍

Called and had my car where it needed to be in under an hour. They were extremely helpful and flexible with helping even when there were issues we didn't expect.

Tesla contracted with AJ's Towing in sending Raheem out to our dead tesla. He gave us our options after jumping the battery and even went out of his way to send some photos of him dropping our car at the tesla service shop. Excellent, knowledgeable, and patient.

Everything was pretty much good even the timing was efficient, but my car had a battery issue and once car was brought home the tow guy pulls it into my driveway when clearly it's going into my garage and shuts my car off I say why did you turn the car off he takes a picture I try starting my car of course it doesn't start now mind you it's on an incline he clearly see's it doesn't start and takes off and it's 10:00 at night no help in a not so great of a neighborhood thank you guy.

My Tesla suddenly went down one day on the freeway and was towed by an FSP tow guy to a safer location in a nearby plaza. That's when Tesla roadside connected me with Raheen from AJ towing. After my scary ordeal and dealing with the extremely rude FSP tow guy (S. Jennings I think was his name) I had a very pleasant ride with Raheen who had to tow my car all the way to Stockton 40 mins away because that was the only Tesla service center accepting cars. Thanksgiving day and I got a tow by Raheen from AJ's towing. Super nice gentleman, very thorough, knowledgeable, great conversation. He knew a ton About cars and I was in and out in such a short amount of time. Only took him 12mins to load the vehicle. I would literally choose AJ's towing for all of my towing needs!

Had the best towing experience with AJ's towing. Our driver was young but very clean, polite & thoughtful when towing my vehicle. The wait time was prompt & he even arrived before the time the wait time given over the phone. The process was very smooth & not stressful at all. Pricing was more than fair for the great, value service provided! In the unfortunate event that I need a tow again I will 100% be giving AJ's towing a call.

I received professional and friendly service from the office and driver. They kept me updated with text messages and calls. Raheen positioned my totalled wreck... well... like a pro for $180. Good value!
