Used this towing service less than a month ago and gave them a 5 star review. That interaction was great so I decided to use them again. Total different experience this time around. I needed a tow that's not urgent so I decided to make an appointment a day before just to lock in the time. Worst service ever. Ordered a tow and am on a work call. Could not answer and when I called back the tow driver had cancelled. Ridiculous. Everything was set up and he needed nothing from me, not even my keys. Rude and a waste of time. Chose elsewhere.

Unfortunately I had to use my insurance (Geico) twice within aonth to get a tow service. Both times I was told the eta was an hour and 15 minutes. Well after an hour and a half I decided to call AJ's and speak to them.directly. The lady was nice and told me the driver was on the way. I asked how long and she said 10 - 15 minutes. Another 45 minutes went buy and the driver still was not there. It took them 2 and a half hours to get to me. Used AJ's Towing through our AAA insurance. Had a time window of 8:30-10:30AM. They called me at 6:45 saying they were 10 minutes away.... Then he proceeded to ask me if the auto body shop was even open yet like it was an inconvenience to him! After he requested me to bring him the keys but he wasn't wearing a mask at all (which he proceeded to drive the car onto the truck maskless). Very disappointing and if it wasn't through insurance would not have used them.

" they over charge me and I called 3 times try to get it back but all they do is ignoring me. So be careful. But the driver is very nice.

Had to have car towed from a garage. Steering wheel was locked up. " keep in mind another service had towed it for me with no problem placing it in my driveway where it needed to be". This guy when I asked to put it as close to one end as possible, drops it in the middle of my driveway "sideways." The car runs I just can't turn it.. Can't afford to get it fixed and no clue why the steering is locked. So there it sits. After he dropped it he lays the keys on the hood and says good luck. My bike broke down at 11:45 AM on North Bound 99 just before the Grant Line Exit. Called my insurance for road side service, I received a text message telling me AJS towing was dispatched and gave me their phone number. I called, I was asked where I was, and how far the tow would be? 15 mile tow. I was told they would contact my insurance and would call me back. NO ONE SHOWED UP. Called through AAA. Driver called at 10:04pm stating that he was 7 minutes away, everything seemed fine. When he arrived on scene, he was fairly rude didn't speak a word to me or my boyfriend. I had to put one star on this review because there was not a option of zero stars. Let me tell you don't let there mission fool you. This towing company is so bad I do not recommend this company for no one. Our tow truck drive left us without the correct service. He did not say he was sending other help.
