I had an issue with one of my business vehicles and called A J. I gave the gentleman the information, kind of vehicle, location, etc. calling AJ because his tow business was in close proximity to the tow needed. The person said he was calling me back and would let me know avaiabilty etc. to tow. Shortly, before he called a person called me (the driver of AJ Tow) telling me he was able to tow and the bill would be 450.00. I am filing a formal complaint regarding a tow service dispatched through AAA. During the service, the driver initially told dispatch that my vehicle would be loaded onto a flatbed. However, upon arrival, he informed me he intended to drag the vehicle before placing it on the flatbed, which could have caused damage to my car's electrical system. AJ's is the worst tos truck I've had to deal with. They charged my 19 year old over $1,000 for a tow. He asked them to drop off the car at a shop and because he didn't answer when they called him at the shop, they towed the car to their yard. My son was at school and could not answer at the time. He gave them instruction before class to drop the car at the shop and they took it upon themselves to scam my son out of more money. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COST

AJ's tow are no good people. They were called to tow my vehicle and from the time it left the parking lot it was in and arrived at their tow yard, ALL of my belongings, including my expensive luggage, totaling 8K were gone from my trunk! They stole the things out of the trunk and laughed about it. The driver Mohmed told me to call the Ghostbusters. I am filing a claim with my insurance to go after them, complaint with BAR, multiple other complaints, as well as a lawsuit against them. They will definitely be receiving their K... read more

This towing is very unprofessional. When I called about my car that was towed the guy was very unprofessional kept interrupting and as I was talking he said are done over and over. I would never recommend or use this company .

This review is based on two separate times I used this company for two completely different cars. Both times I received the same person, Ramon or Ramin. Because of him I will not use AJs towing again. On both occasions, he was difficult to deal with. The first time I was on my way to him and he was very adamant about wanting to charge me extra for not having a Key to my van(which I had, but I was 30 minutes away at the time but was on my way). If I could give zero stars I would! AJ's was contracted through my insurance to tow my vehicle from my husbands work to my home and it would be almost 2hrs before they arrived. Okay that's typical, I had my little kiddos with me so I got a ride home. Called the tow truck driver and explained to him I got a ride home and I'll be waiting for the vehicle, and ask for my husband Jessie when he got to the vehicle that he has the keys. Ive attempted to use this their service several times. On each occasion they never have "trucks" available.
