Food was good and ambience was good but music was really loud.
Hip spot with good food and vegan options. Fun atmosphere very casual and trendy.
The food was amazing and service by the waiter was amazing. My 3 star rating is due lack of professionalism by the chef. A special valentines menu was given to us with the chefs special. When we attempted to order it the chef refused to make it… why even put it in your menu if you unwilling to serve it. Very unprofessional.

We had a great dinner at Akaa. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting — intimate without being overly formal. Food and service was AMAZING! Fun spot for date night!
I brought my wife here for Valentine's Day. Very good place to dine. The music was a bit loud, so it made having a conversation very hard. My esophagus was irritated after leaving because we had to yell to hear one another. The food was great. And our waiter, Troy, was one of a kind. The lady that took our photos was great. Would recommend the AKA San Diego if you don't mind loud music.
