Alan, I wanted to take a few minutes to relay my sincere thanks and appreciation to you, Christina Quashie and your entire firm for taking on my case, having faith in me, and fighting for my rights.
When I first contacted your firm for a consultation regarding my case you personally contacted me immediately to discuss the case. In our discussion you assured me that your firm would do everything to fight for my rights in this clear case of discrimination…..and Christina never disappointed me.
Shortly after our consultation you assigned my case to Christina Quashie, who also immediately contacted me to get started on the response to the Notice of Proposed Removal.
My case initially began with a Notice of Proposed Removal that was rendered to me by the Agency. However, throughout your firm’s representation, Christina brilliantly defended me on many other discriminatory actions/areas such as a 21-Day Proposed Notice of Suspension; a U.S. Office of Special Counsel STAY and Mediation; an MSPB Case resulting from the Agency’s removal decision; an EEOC Case that spanned over approximately 4 years; a review of thousands of discovery documents; and approximately one week of depositions.
In each of these areas/actions, Christina performed magnificently. I could not have asked for better representation, counsel, advice, and guidance in these matters that impacted my life and lively hood. Christina is an absolute superstar that I relied on and trust implicitly. She never let me down, and always provided sound advice and counsel. She always ensured that I knew the good, the bad and the ugly, regarding any decision I might make so that there were no surprises.
There were times when I felt down (because EEO is a long process), but Christina was always upbeat and positive. She was intimately aware of the intricate details of the case, and always ensured that the numerous documents/motions we had to submit were thorough and told the story of the discrimination that I had endured over the years, and the nexus that resulted in my unfair removal from the Federal Government by the Agency.
I feel that my case touched on almost every aspect of discrimination and EEO and Christina brilliantly defended me in all areas, and always had my best interest at heart.
I truly want to thank you, and personally recognize Christina for her extraordinary efforts and sincere dedication in getting my career back on track.
I would without hesitation recommend your firm to others in the future, and please pass on to Christina my sincere thanks and appreciation. She has given me renewed faith in the system and the law.
Thanks again for all that you and your firm do in this critical area of the law that often goes unnoticed.
