In my opinion, Alan Lescht and Associates, by far, is the MOST understanding, knowledgeable, and caring law firm in the Washington, DC area. I had a hard fought case that I didn't think I had any chance of winning on retaining a clearance. I presumed that I would have to take my case to court. Victoria told me how to write up my opinion and what to include. Victoria then took it over from there and did a great job summarizing the rebuttal. Months later the government sided with our write up and granted a favorable clearance. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated all of Victoria's help since it saved my job. I’d highly recommend this law firm for any employment law matters, Jack Jarrett in particular. I was one stressed out/emotional woman due to work matters and Jack handled my case very well and always kept me up to date as well as listening to my concerns.
