I worked with Courtney Mickman to resolve an EEOC issue. She was patient and communication was excellent. She also was excellent at explaining the nuances of federal employment laws vs. non-government jobs and how results may differ.
Business response:
Thanks so much for taking time out of your day to leave us a review.
Tamara Slater and Tiba Fatli were the utmost professional and helpful team for my case. They listened to my issues and they helped me win my case through a settlement. I would recommend this firm and use them again if needed.

Thank you very much for your review. Hope to see you again!
Alan handled my severance case with speed and professionalism, ultimately winning over twice the amount I was originally offered. He was fair and reasonable throughout the whole process and couldn't have been easier to work with. I felt represented in the best possible way during the negotiations and I was able to focus on my next job search without worrying about whether or not I was going to get a fair severance. I cannot recommend Alan and his team more highly.
Business response:
Thanks for the stellar review, Meg.
I am very appreciative to Tamara Slater and the team at Alan Lescht and Associates for how they handled my EEOC complaint against my former private-sector employer. Tamara was very professional, knowledgeable, diligent, patient and responsive. She kept me up-to-date on developments through mediation, and her counsel was paramount to reaching a settlement that was acceptable to both parties. Of note, Tamara pursuit of final closure enabled me to move past this most contentious period, thus putting my mind at ease. I would ... read more

I am someone that was making less than $50k a year before being wrongfully terminated. I was blessed with the awesome legal representation of Ms. Nekeisha Campbell. My case was against the Department of the Navy. Ms. Campbell stood toe to toe with Navy's "big wig" attorneys. (Office of the General Counsel) Opposing attorneys receive the perception that she is nonchalant. But if they make the mistake of not doing their homework and being ill prepared, she will make them regret sitting opposite. I was very pleased to witnes... read more
I am truly thankful to Nekeisha Campbell at Alan Lescht and Associates for how she handled my employment discrimination case. Nekeisha Campbell is an ethical, compassionate and honest lawyer who showed her in-depth knowledge of employment law, in addition to her strong communication and analytical mindset throughout the representation of my case. She was very reassuring and always kept me in the loop. Her confidence and passion for justice and truth is seen as she fights for her client's rights. Nekeisha Campbell at Alan ... read more
Knowledgeable, responsive, with a thorough understanding of federal employment processes and protections. I recommend this firm without reservation. MJK
Alan was helpful and knowledgeable. Joyce was very friendly and accomodating with initial intake information.
Ms. Watson was thorough, thoughtful and matter of fact. We covered a great deal of information, some of it complex, all of it critical to me. She conveyed technical legal information easily and effectively to a non-expert. And she did so both matter of factly and kindly. It was a pleasure working with her.
