I received great service and solid advice during would could have been a very difficult background reinvestigation. Specifically, I had issues with several years of in filed taxes. Laura Nagel was a pleasure to work with. They helped me to submit a response and I got the returns filed. I made it through the reinvestigation process and kept my job.
