Alan Lescht and Associates is a very professional office. I was referred to this office by a friend. I wrote an email on-line on a Friday and received an immediate response from Mr. Lescht and was meeting with him the following Tuesday. If that is not service, I don't know what is. My experience with Alan Lescht and Associates was seamless, from my interaction with the receptionist to the lawyers. First, they listened without interruption to me about why I was there. After hearing me out, the lawyer said I had a sound case, and explained to me exactly what would happen. Everything they said happened, and they won my EEOC case. I came to Alan Lescht and Associates based on a referral from a DC Defense Employment Law Partner who sits at the opposite side of the table quite frequently. I received great service and solid advice during would could have been a very difficult background reinvestigation. Specifically, I had issues with several years of in filed taxes. Laura Nagel was a pleasure to work with. They helped me to submit a response and I got the returns filed. I made it through the reinvestigation process and kept my job. I did not expect it to go so smoothly.
