Verified Renter This is my second Beztak residence and by far, Aldingbrooke is the place to be! With a beautiful landscape, quick maintenance and courteous staff members, what else could I ask for? During the pandemic to present day, the staff was able to work with the restrictions and still maintain quality!

Overall Good Value and Experience I rent a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment at Aldingbrooke. Pros: Very spacious, good value for the amount of space, safe community, nice pool. Cons: Maintenance can be hard to get ahold of and does not always respond quickly to requests. Rent goes up each year you stay, although this is not by any means unique to Aldingbrooke. No community gym, although there is a discount offered at the Jewish Community Center nearby.

Verified Renter I feel Apartment Homes at Aldingbrooke are large and the surroundings are pleasant. The maintenance department provides decent service. The price of the apartments are a tad high, but mainly competitive with what you get. It is an upscale community.
