Verified Renter Overall I am very pleased with my experience in this community. The neighbors are all extremely friendly and my apartment has all the amenities I need. I am somewhat surprised at how comfortable I am here, especially since I came from a very large home and havent lived in an apartment for more than 30 years.

Verified Renter The landscaping and grounds maintenance is very good. My immediate area (around the building) is not attractive. Trash pick-up process and use of garages for vehicles is very poor. Curbs need maintenance and are dangerous for walkers.

Verified Renter Living at Aldingbrooke Is a wonderful experience. The speciousness & luxuriousness in our apartment is wonderful. As soon as some of my friends saw my apartment, have decided to live here. Also, the maintenance dept., has always done a wonderful job. For example, my garbage disposal broke. Consequently, I called the office, & within two hours, James, maintenance man, came over to fix it. I want to personally thank your staff for their pride & professionalism of the entire staff.
