Verified Renter Love living at Aldingbrooke, but as I have stated throughout this survey, in the four years I've been in this unit the rent has increased $4000 per year. At that rate of increase, should I expect my rent to be $4000 a year more than it is now in four more years? That's daunting to say the least. I already know two different people who've LEFT the community because of the high yearly rent increases...
