Verified Renter I have introduced the Aldingbrooke living to some of the tenets who are here today. Hopefully, in the near future, more & more people will enjoy the living at Aldingbrooke, Besides the design of the apartments are lovely. also, the maintenance staff is very important for the upkeep of the complex. I have observed the maintenance staff to be very efficient, and positive.

Verified Renter Aldingbrooke has a beautiful atmosphere the flowers are beautifully maintained. The security at the gate do a really good job at monitoring who comes in and out. Its a very diverse community here. Getting maintenance request completed is terrible. There is a high turnover in the maintenance staff which makes me a little uncomfortable . Verified Renter Overall experience is been great. It quiet. Neighbors are wonderful and nice landscaping. The ONLY weakness has been with Maintenence. This was told to me by previous residents so this appears to be a chronic problem!!

Aldingbrooke Community The maintenance staff is friendly, Tracey on the other hand goes above and beyond. Tracey has been with the property for a while and is professional, respectful, and always completes more than requested if needed. Tracey is always pleasant and looks out for all residents doing what she can for anyone that asks. The community keeps the property looking good.
