The apartment we chose was exactly where we moved. She took extra time to help me understand exactly what fees I would pay and stayed true to the exact contracted amounts. I recommend this community as safe and family friendly.
Touring...... I recently toured the location and was immediately impressed with the pleasant service I received. I have toured many apartments these are absolutely gorgeous. I submitted my app before I left. Looking forward to living here.
Easy transition Everyone here treats me really well (compared to other places I've lived). I've been a resident for 2 years and I love my place. I moved from a 3500 sq. ft. home after a horrible divorce and it was very difficult adapting but the ladies in the office are so pleasant and Montrea made my 'transition' easier and less daunting. She always smiles and still helps me with whatever I need. I'll probably going stay here another couple of years until I'm ready to buy again.
Mixed Experince of Living in Aldingbrooke From my experience of living here for 8 months (August - April), as a new tenants you would expect to have: 1) Wonderful and convenient location, great outdoor appearance and environment. 2) Nice looking housing with great floor plan but with very poor quality of construction - shifted and wind-leaking windows, non-insulated walls raising up your monthly bills for electricity and gas, absence of room air ventilation, non-maintained air-heating channels full of dust, poor or weak qual... read more
The Aldingbrooke , A stay at home vacation. My family had the pleasure of staying at the Aldingbrooke while our home was being renovated. At first, we were skeptical and felt there's no place like home. Well, after moving in and getting settled, this place felt like home. My family loved everything about The Aldingbrooke so much that we are considering packing our bags, selling our house and moving here to our home away from home. Even though our house is beautiful, we want our next home to be The Aldingbrooke.
