Verified Renter I realize the COVID pandemic and resulting staff and maintenance parts availability has negatively impacted maintenance responsiveness, however there are issues that were prevalent prior to the current status. Additionally, I have repeatedly requested to be notified prior to any personnel entering my apartment. This is extremely important for our mutual safety.

Not recommended Not recommended. I have been living here over 5 years, and I am looking for another place to move into now. When I moved in, every thing was good as advertised. But over time things worsened. It is very normal to not have a leakage fixed for few months, mold is almost every where, and it is very OK to have a maintenance request pending for a year or two. AWFUL PLACE!!! Do not consider this place. It's awful! Maintenance takes weeks, if not up to a month, just to fix something as simple as a light bulb. Also, our neighbors below us have had domestic violence issues for MONTHS, and the RM refuses to do anything. The previous tenants were evicted at 6 am and we were woken up by the Oakland County police as they were being evicted. This place is the absolute worst!

They charge you absurd charges when you move out I stayed there for over 2 years and after moving out they sent me a bill for 800$ for damages when the apartment was thoroughly cleaned and returned without any damages. The carpet was in pretty good condition. They don't accept calls and try to talk about it over email and don't have the courage to explain the charges. It was really a good experience until this happened. I would not suggest anyone move here and lose money.
