Verified Renter I never had the best experience with customer service right from when I leased this place to until now. They never completed my list of complaints that I submitted as the initial inspection. Now i was out of AC for 5 days and they said the best they can do is next week which is like another 7 days without AC. And I don’t know what part of this is not emergency. Verified Renter Terrible complex. Lots of hidden expenses. Air conditioning units are not sufficient for the apartments. Been having a lot of issues since we moved in.

Verified Renter I have wonderful neighbors and a pleasant view of well maintained landscapes. What is disturbing to me is the complete lack of attention to the maintenance of a truly healthy apartment.
Verified Renter aldingbrooke does not have a high regard for its senior residents...too much has to be done online...also, when i needed a light changed i was told to come into the office for a bulb...i did not need a bulb i needed someone to change the bulb because i cannot get up on a ladder..so, for marketing purposes, i suggest a renter should be tech savvy and physically fit.

Renter beware Buyer beware. I had to move out of state for a job with 5 months left on my lease. To cancel, I had to give 60 days notice, effectively leaving an empty apartment, AND pay a 2 month penalty. When I called and asked about an accommodation, all I got from the property manager was "you signed the contract." It felt like, "gotcha! If you don't like it, call the corporate office, but they'll never reduce the fee for anyone." All I could do was leave a message and still waiting for anyone to respond from there. Verified Renter Do not move here . They do not take care of maintenance orders in a timely manner they also do not have the apartment ready for move in at the time of your move in date. They are overpriced . You DO NOT get what you are paying for.
