Verified Renter These apartments are cold in the winter as there is no insulation on the windows. No soundproofing between units. The apartments are old oh and need updating for basic structures. I will say that I love the layout of my two bedroom apartment but Im planning to move out at the end of the summer. Would like to move out earlier but cant because of my lease.

Verified Renter After signing my lease I did a walk-through of the apartment and submitted a punch list of problems non of which were fixed before I moved in. Two months later they still have not been fixed. In addition, my bedroom door fell off into my hands the day I moved in. It has not been fixed either. Maintenance staff were professional and friendly when they responded to one issue this week but nothing on the original punch list has been fixed yet.

Verified Renter People Do Not Resde Here For Any Length Of Time. In My Previous Aldingbrooke Townhouse, I Had Four Neighbors In Four Years. The Rental Rates Are Constantly Increasing On An Annual Bases. Eventually You Are Priced Out Of The Community.
