Update: CSG took the time and effort to reach out to me and discuss the situation. Jimy was extremely nice, respectful and it was obvious he wanted to address my concerns. We talked, he called a couple of people on his side, and came back with suggestions/solutions that not only addressed my concerns but went above and beyond. I have only managed the account for the past 3 or 4 years and anytime I had a billing issue I contacted Valerie Crosby in the Oklahoma City branch and she would always help me with whatever I needed. If all companies had duplicate employees like Valerie, there would be no problems. Valerie is extremely knowledge on how to handles a lot of issues and can get them resolved in a timely manner.
