Used the Contact Us feature to request information. 3 days later Corp Switchboard called me to see if I had been contacted. I had not. They gave me the local (round Rock) phone number. Called and left message. Still no contact. No sense calling me now because now I know how difficult it is to get a response, but you might want to tighten up that process going forward
Customer for almost three years. Have emailed six times asking for a simple confirmation but all have been ignored. During my first year as a customer, I called attempting to repair and upgrade system but was unable to resolve after numerous attempts. Update: Chad and Blake fixed my system and came up with an agreement that makes sense. New CSG ownership and local management made a difference.
