Avoid this company at all costs. I’ve been trying to cancel service on my behalf of my deceased father for months and have continued to get the run around... while they confidently keep debiting money from the estate account every month. Everyone is “trying” to help but not actually authorized to do anything.

Upon further research, I was able to locate this account. Unfortunately, because you are not on the account, we've had some difficulties with cancelation. For security purposes, we are unable cancel an account without proof of ownership. Company is an absolute joke.... They keep trying to get u to sign up for a new contract to get some decent service and actually any service...I will not stop until I can tell every single person I know about the sham this company is. And to think all you had to do was throw in the two thermostats I asked for since I don’t use you for monitoring and the office of your ceo already told me I’m 1500$ left in my contract in what I don’t use...all I wanted was some thermostats?!?!! I've been watching my contract because I didn't want to be trapped in an auto-renewal agreement. I was transferred to someone who tried to retain me as a customer and I just wanted my contract to end at the end of my current agreement. I've tried--without avail--to receive confirmation that my contract will end at the end of the month. I was told to send my request in writing...which I did after multiple phone calls. I’ve had service with alert 360 for 4 years. Almost 3 years ago I had surveillance cameras installed that were very overpriced but I figured that would be good for security. They have not worked correctly since day one even after multiple attempts to have them serviced. After service cancellation I still continue to receive monthly bills. Even after continuing to pay the remaining balance of my contract I receive multiple calls daily from the office for the remaining balance to be paid immediately.

How many times will you visit my house before I have a fully working system? I've been at this house 10 months and have had at least that many visits.
DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY. We have moved and this company is telling us we HAVE to upgrade our plan to get service at the new house and we HAVE to pay the remaining 15 months on our contract at the old house. my system stopped responding and when I call support they tell me my security panel has old 2g cell card that carrier doesn't support anymore. They tell me that they have contacted me about it but that is 100% completely false. They give me a date to address and when I tell them that isn't quick enough (as I have no security until fixed) the manager states "take it or leave it, we have other customers to service" Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life
