Been a longtime customer Alert360 tonight delt with Alert360 customer services rudest rep Anisha x31671 and I have to say I’ve never been talked to with such rudeness. I hope you pull the call and review it, clearly she needs either be retrained on commutation or you should hire better candidates. best service we have received hands down. I enjoy being talked to like a human being and the call center always assist me very well over the phone and if someone needs to come out, in my area are always very polite and know their stuff. would and do recomend to anyone, friends and family I have already.
