My system stopped operating due to one of the batteries that was difficult to access. J.R., the technician, was polite, considerate, diligent and thorough in all steps to make repair, warranty coverage etc. I’ve been a customer of Guardian/Alert 360 for approximately 25 years, and they have always provided very good customer service!

So far my spouse and I are happy with the new upgrades in our home security system. The customer service we received today by installer technician Keenan was EXCEPTIONAL! Which is very rare to find these days even just decent quality service. He was very polite since the moment he arrived, helpful answering all our questions and made sure we understood how to operate all the different settings in our wireless keypad.
