Today *******, a technician with Alert 360, came to install a battery for my alarm system. I appreciated his call 30 minutes before his arrival. ******* was courteous and professional. He took the time to call Alert 360s office to confirm my account was under warranty to prevent my paying the service call. Alert 360 never disappoints. Recommend their security service highly
