The Alert 60 security setup for my recent move was outstanding. I had been a customer for 20 years. The salesman and the installation technician both explained the updated services and costs. The technician did a good job of explaining how to use my new system. I am only paying $8.00 /month more for a doorbell camera and a backyard camera. Prompt excellent service. Personable and on time. I had to recently replace a sensor . I was able to pick the day and the tech called me 30 minutes before he arrived . I was able to have someone there when they arrived . He was knowledgeable - didn’t try to sell me anything , just got the service I wanted . He was courteous and personable . Good experience .
