One of my sensors on the 22 year old system failed and gave a false alarm. Alert 360 took over the system about 6-7 years ago. The tech came out and replaced all the sensors in the failed zone. ***** was very thorough and did not rush the job. He readily answered all my questions. When he was finished he again related all he had done and gave me a refresher course on my console. I was very pleased.
