Jerry was very knowledgeable and found the problem right away. It was just a button on the control panel that wasn't turned on. Great service. Highly recommended.
My technician was really knowledgeable and did a great job. He was courteous and kind, explaining everything. My only complaint is that Alert 360 charges every bit as much for the new equipment upon moving a service. We started paying for all new equipment and no credit for the two and a half years of service at our previous address. All previous equipment was left behind as instructed.
The service reps have been wonderful each time we need them. Very helpful!
