This morning after my alarm went off I wanted to leave and go with another service but Gilbert your technician completely changed my mind for helping me navigate the system and control it with a pad around my neck since I’m injured and can barely walk! The sun room sensor and kitchen sensor of our alarm system had experienced a couple of times false alarm in a month, one of which even triggered police visit. Then I called customers service, the lady who received my call was very nice and professional, arranged a quick service for next day, and the technician showed up on time and fixed the issue promptly. It was a good experience!
