Battery was bad and because it was only a 1 year old battery and should have lasted 3-4 years, they replaced free of charge with new battery. Text received prior to serviceman coming and provided his name. He arrived on time and finished the job within 40 minutes. Very pleasant young man. Even helped me with my phone.
