Oscar has been our tech numerous times and I can’t say enough good about him and the quality and professional skills he displays. Oscar arrives with a pep in his step and a smile on his face. Oscar has done many and various jobs at our house for Alert 360 and doesn’t leave until the job and any questions are completed. Kudos to Oscar!

I had an issue with a sensor that came loose from the side door of my business. Opting to handle it myself, I ordered a replacement from Alert 360. Upon its arrival, I installed it, and with the assistance of the customer service folks managed to integrated into my system remotely. Unfortunately, the sensor malfunctioned the following day. He showed up on time, was courteous and took care of two issues. He replaced a contact and magnet that was an improvement so should not have another problem with it again.
