Technician arrived when scheduled, was polite and professional. Went beyond my expectations. In addition to addressing my concerns, he texted me the applicable part of the manual for future reference. Prior to leaving, he tested the smoke detectors.

I had a problem with one of the bedroom window sensor, and whenever the sensor gave an alarm sound 360 Alter company would call each time. Immediately 360 arranged for a technician to come to my home to resolve the problem. The technician arrived as scheduled and he was very polite and professional. The technician showed me the different zones in my house, and now I know the zones. The technician was a good teacher. I recommend 360 Alert to anyone as long as they continue to give good service.
