I had an issue with a sensor that came loose from the side door of my business. Opting to handle it myself, I ordered a replacement from Alert 360. Upon its arrival, I installed it, and with the assistance of the customer service folks managed to integrated into my system remotely. Unfortunately, the sensor malfunctioned the following day. Their service rep did a great job of explaining to us what was going on with our system and fixed it. He was able to repair some of the window alarms and ensured before he left that it all functioned as it should.
