David was very knowledgeable. He was able to add our door camera and get the two inside cameras back and running perfectly. This was the first person that knew his job and did it well. I've had three attempts with three different tech support people all who failed to resolve my problems. Thank God you sent David to our house. He was great and would highly recommend him to any customer needing help.

The technician fixed the problem before he came! He was able to do remotely! But unfortunately the initial contact support person was unable to do Three weeks ago. They would have saved themselves all the cost in trouble if it was done initially.
