My Alert 369 technician, Steve G. is fantastic! He is very friendly, professional and respectful of me and my home. He wore covers on his shoes to keep my floors clean, he does a great job and explained everything he was doing, and he cleaned up when he was done. The company itself is a great company and provides great service for my home security as well as excellent customer service! Highly recommend!

The Alert 60 security setup for my recent move was outstanding. I had been a customer for 20 years. The salesman and the installation technician both explained the updated services and costs. Great sales and installation team. They were very knowledgable and friendly.
Prompt excellent service. Personable and on time. I had to recently replace a sensor . I was able to pick the day and the tech called me 30 minutes before he arrived . I was able to have someone there when they arrived . He was knowledgeable - didn’t try to sell me anything , just got the service I wanted . He was courteous and personable . Good experience .
