I have had a few other alarm system all of which I did not like. 360 has been great !! Never any mishaps like sending the police when they shouldn’t or not able to get in touch with. I absolutely love them. I have them for 3 years with no problems. I had a problem with a sensor and they came out immediately to fix. I have recommended them to many others who are happy too

Extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable installer came out to help us today after a remodel - honestly we are so satisfied with him that we won’t consider another service even though a discount is available through by employer

Had issue with Panel (prior vendor) Alert 360 Tech responded and stayed until issue was fixed. Explained to customer all aspects of the problem. Excellent customer service

I was away when my home alarm sounded twice in one day. Both times, Alarm 360 was able to pinpoint a kitchen motion sensor as the culprit. They were able to replace the old & errant motion detector with a more current version within 24 hours. I have never experienced such prompt and friendly service! I feel so secure with the Alarm 360 equipment and team behind me!??
