I switched to Alert 360 after a former sales person for ******** reached out to me. When ******** transitioned to ADT I was disappointed. It didn't take long for ADT to s**** me over again (used them in the past). As soon as my forced contract was up I switched to Alert 360. The system is easy to use and the technicians are very knowledgeable. It is very easy to it in contact with customer **********************. I plan to stay with them for a very long time.
Switched from cable to Wi-Fi. My cameras stopped working and I had no success trying to fix the problem myself. When the tech came out he assessed the problem and fixed it within minutes. Very knowledgeable and personable. Top notch company. Definitely recommend!!

The second ********** came out was provided excellent customer ********************** so they had to come out twice for me. I love alert 360 although I had a bad experience with one tech I will still continue to use your service.
