My experience with Alarm 360 service was nothing short of excellent. I called for service and was given an appointment for December 1st but they were able to accommodate me on the same day of my call. The technician was very efficient and professional and patiently showed me some helpful features on my app after service was performed on my cameras. I highly Alarm 360.
The Alert 360 employee who came to my house was friendly and polite. He checked my equipment and gave me his professional opinion on what steps I needed to take. He wasnt pushy at all. He explained my options and let me think about the situation and make my decision. Before leaving he let me try out the alarm system. I am pleased with Alert360.

I switched to Alert 360 after a former sales person for ******** reached out to me. When ******** transitioned to ADT I was disappointed. It didn't take long for ADT to s**** me over again (used them in the past). As soon as my forced contract was up I switched to Alert 360. The system is easy to use and the technicians are very knowledgeable. It is very easy to it in contact with customer **********************. I plan to stay with them for a very long time.
Switched from cable to Wi-Fi. My cameras stopped working and I had no success trying to fix the problem myself. When the tech came out he assessed the problem and fixed it within minutes. Very knowledgeable and personable. Top notch company. Definitely recommend!!
