Technician was great! Had a low battery issue with the panel and they came right out. Asked if they could waive the cost of the battery since it should have lasted at least 3-5yrs. (We've had service less than 2yrs) The tech waived the fee without waiting for a supervisor. The supervisor was also helpful, professional and followed up. So far Alert360 has been the best!!

Chad was scheduled for first thing on Wednesday morning, however he had a conflict. He called me around 5:00 on Tuesday and let me know what was going on and gave an ETA. He showed up at that time and did the inspection. He goes above and beyond to take care of any issues. He is a benefit to this company.
