I was referred to Resolution Realty by a co-worker. While everyone who has done so realizes selling a home can be stressful, with so many unknowns, having the pleasure of meeting with Ehren and working closely with Angela made the situation so much less stressful. Their experience and accessibility to answer any questions I had (and believe me, I had quite a few) made the entire process an enjoyable one. Thank you to everyone involved in helping me to sell my home! 5 stars all the way.

I want to thank Ehren Alessi at Resolution Realty for the great job he did selling my home! After researhcing Realtors I chose to meet with Ehren because of his impressive online reviews, track record and performance. Ehren Alessi and the rest of his team at Resolution Realty (especially Danny Yanez who got us started with the process) were great in helping us get our home short-sold and finding a place to rent. They kept us appraised at every step of the process and were very thorough. I'd would highly recommend Resolution Realty to everyone.

I recently completed a Short Sale with Resolution Realty. I was so under water my situation seemed hopeless. I had spoken to 2 realtors before approaching Cogburn Law Offices & Resolution Realty and they told me there was nothing that could be done. Thank you for all the time & energy that the team invested in the sale of our home. We accepted an offer within the first 3 weeks. The “Sell by Committee” approach versus having one agent did have its drawbacks. Each phase of the sale gets passed through an assembly line of people. Some were more personable than others. Ehren was very attentive and responded quickly to our concerns.

I have been buying and selling properties for many years using a the traditional broker/agent with full commissions and fees. Too often the broker/agents make more profit than the seller which is wrong on so many levels. My only complaint with Ehren and his group was the inability to contact ANYONE on a particular day when I needed assistance. I did get contact the next day and realize that this may have been a "one-time fluke". For the most part, we were extremely happy with the whole process.

Ehrens team was great through the whole process! After trying to sell by owner for a month my home was pending sale within 2 weeks after Ehrens team helped us out! Thank you so much for all your help and at such a great price! Highly recommended!!
