The hard work, professionalism, & exemplary customer service provided by Ehren Alessi & the Resolution Realty team was the best that my wife & I have ever received. Although my wife & I are both retired from the military & transitioned 8 times in 24 years & are used to moving, this team addressed all problems, questions & concerns that I had. (And I know I am picky)

Although the short sale process was a long one, Ehren Alessi and his team were incredibly responsive and great advocates for me. They were aggressive with their negotiation skills to make sure I got the most favorable outcome.

Ehren and his team are amazing! They are very responsive and educated. Ehren and his team seamlessly guided us through the sale of our home, even though we were over 1,000 miles away with a renter in the home we were selling. I met personally with Ehren and his team and decided to short sell my house. It was immediately listed with a sign infront with pictures taken. I was constantly given updates. Once we got an offer he quickly presented me with the best offer. Initially the bank rejected it but he built a sold case to prove to the bank that this was an acceptable offer and they accepted. I was in good hands the whole way with true professionals.

My situation in selling my house was a little unique from most folks in Vegas, ie not a short sale, but lets say a seller in distress. Ehren and his team did a wonderful job throughout my very difficult short sale process. They never gave up even when it appeared we wouldn't be able to close. I want to say that Ehren Alessi was just the right person for helping me sell my home. He is confident and came prepared to let me know what would be best for selling my home. We sold it for the price where I wanted it when it was all said and done, I got the price I wanted!!!! Ehren was attentive to me and always returned my calls in a timely manner. I would use him again and I would HIGHLY recommend him. He knows his stuff!! Oh, I almost forgot....he sold it in record time.

We read Ehren's reviews and decided to give him a chance and he did not disappoint. The house was sold in record time and very close to listing price. His company and staff were very professional and delivered more than we expected. His pricing policy is a great selling point for anyone selling their home.
