We were referred to Vivian Valentine and for an out of state purchase and she made the process easy and stress free. After having a horrible experience with our agent in IL it was amazing to work with someone who responded to emails (even after hours and on weekends) and answered her phone. We flew to Henderson to look at two houses and purchased the second one. We'd refer anyone we know to Vivian. Even the people she referred us to for our mortgage and insurance were wonderful also, she has a lot of great contacts.

Resolution Realty was great to work with during the sale of my home especially since I lived in another state. They walked me through everything and very thorough with their explanations when I had questions. I always felt I could talk to someone if I needed them and they worked very close with my attorney to make the sale process very easy.

Resolution Realty is highly recommended. Their Agent, Ma-Lis Freidman helped us through the whole process from selecting a floor plan to final negotiations and closing. Ehren reached out to ensure our every need was met. While not all of the parties on the other side were as professional as we would have liked, everyone at Resolution Realty, especially Ma-Lis was top notched. We would never deal with anyone else but Resolution Realty in Southern Nevada !

As a first time home seller, I found the process to be challenging to keep all parties on the same page. Ehren and his team were most helpful in taking the time to walk me through each phase which also included my being out of town for a month in a different time zone, too. As a seller, I recommend that you do your utmost to communicate with all parties as much as possible.
