We were hesitant at first to use a flat rate company as this is a fairly new concept in real estate. We weren't sure of the process or if we would get the attention we wanted during the sale, but my husband and I were pleasantly surprised and pleased with how attentive Ehren and his staff were to us. Resolution Realty is not a flat rate company but we do offer the flat rate program for sellers because I wanted to help out the consumer. With being the owner of the company I don't have to worry about splitting my commissions. My services are top notch and my prices are flat rate :)

Sold our condo faster than we thought, to very qualified buyer. The commission structure is very fair. Communication with Ehren was good and when there was a problem communicating with a certain department, Ehren made sure the person would get back to us. The outcome was very good, and I would use Resolution again, no hesitation.

Ehren and his team were very knowledgeable and able to get our house closed very quickly. There were some issues with communication at times (mainly issues with slow response times), but in the end everything worked out great. If you're looking to sell, Ehren and his team will get it done.
