Sold our condo faster than we thought, to very qualified buyer. The commission structure is very fair. Communication with Ehren was good and when there was a problem communicating with a certain department, Ehren made sure the person would get back to us. The outcome was very good, and I would use Resolution again, no hesitation.

Ehren and his team were very knowledgeable and able to get our house closed very quickly. There were some issues with communication at times (mainly issues with slow response times), but in the end everything worked out great. If you're looking to sell, Ehren and his team will get it done.

The full service Resolution team did a fantastic job at marketing our home. So much so that it sold in 3 days and $8500 over list. The flat fee structure saved us over $8000 over what a traditional 6 percent real estate firm would have cost. If your using Resolution Realty your putting a lot more money in your pocket at the close of escrow.
