Ehren helped my short-sale my house during a time when prices were coming back up quickly. He was extremely helpful in getting the best offers possible and if anything happened, he would have new buyers to my house within 24 hours. I showed my home by appointment only over a two week period without a lock box or a for sale sign in my yard and had 9 offers. Ehren's team picked the two best offers (the second agreed to be a back-up) and finalized the sale.

They were very helpful during this hard process of selling my house. This has been a very long process but I don't believe there has been any delay on there end. They also respond very quickly when I have a question or concern. I have been through a few buyers and my house is still for sale but hopefully it will be sold very soon.

We short sold our house using Ehren. His team works together well and we never had to wait more than a day for a response if a question was asked. We were updated weekly with where the sale was, even if there was nothing new to report.

During our short sale our home was listed immediately however after 10 months everything fell through and our home was foreclosed on. Not sure if it was Resolution Realty who was at fault for this as they were working with another entity. That being said the staff did do a good job with the aspects they were responsible for.

I never had to deal with anything, Ehren took care of it all. I would highly recommend Ehren to help you, and I would absolutely use Ehren again if the need arose to buy or sell, or have a property management need…Ehren short sold my condominium that I was over 100,000 upside down in, and due to mortgage relief act I was off the hook for the balance, and thanks to Ehren I didn't have to deal with anything, except for some signatures...

Referred from law firm. Got the house sold, with multiple offers. It stinks to have to go through the short sale, but job made me move out of state. I am glad resolution realty and Ehren had the skills to get it done. Foreclosure would have been bad.
