Referred from law firm. Got the house sold, with multiple offers. It stinks to have to go through the short sale, but job made me move out of state. I am glad resolution realty and Ehren had the skills to get it done. Foreclosure would have been bad.

I am still in the process of my Short Sale, but so far I have been pleased with Resolution Realty. They are easy to get ahold of, quickly respond when I leave a message, and explain the process no matter how many questions I have.

Ehran was very tenacious in getting my short sale done even though the bank was being very difficult..he kept on them until they finally came around. I would recommend Ehran in a minute.

Ehren completed the short sale of our Las Vegas property for us. We live in Arizona and needed someone who could negotiate with the bank, list the property, and sell in s fashion that would not necessitate our having to pay extra monies to the bank. Ehren did an excellent job and accomplished all our goals.

I was really nervous about selling my house but Ehren handled my short sale and made everything so easy. I had consultations with the other firms and they just didn't make me feel comfortable. Ehren explained the entire process and I only had to come to his office twice, my initial consultation and the day I closed escrow.

Ehren did a great job in the short sale of my house in April 2013. He was able to get different buyers for me to choose from within a week of the house going up for the short sale. He had great communication of the proceds and answered my questions.

I was incredibly impressed and pleased with the support and assistance Ehren and his firm gave me during my short sell process. They told me up front how long it would take, what to expect, and when certain mile stones would happen. He was right every time. When it was time for me to find another place he did the rarest of things these days: he asked me what I was looking, price range, and preferred neighborhoods.
