Alessi's team handled my short sale and did a great job. Ehren is deeply knowledgable about the Las Vegas Valley market and its unique challenges and he has assembled a good team of people around him. They kept me informed and responded quickly to my questions. I am a happy client.
They worked well with all parties (Legal, Buyer and Mortgage Corp.) to achieve the end results in a positive manner. They kept us informed on a Biweekly basis to insure that clear communications took place.
The short sale process was long and tedious as expected. Information flow was sometimes non-existent unless I asked for an update. I had to ask for moving expenses when I assumed it would have been asked for me.
Ehren handled my short sale in a timely manner. His company acted swiftly and always kept me updated. I was never left in the dark. Ehren Alessi helped me through a very difficult and stressful situation. One of the best, if not the best.

Short sale process. Home was listed and shown to buyers. Was advised about setting heater to 80 while house is vacant. Less hassle. Only contacts when necessary. Able to work mostly electronically.
