Great Real Estate agent. Always call back if not in office the same day. Answered all our questions with understanding and knowledge. Would highly recommend. We listed our house and then decided not to sell it. If and when we decide to sell I will be using Ehren Alessi as my agent. did a good job. I didn't personally meet the realtor but stayed in contact with me and did follow through with the short sale on my house. When the end of the year was three to four months from ending, the realtor sort of dropped the ball. I started doing the short sale in the fall of 2012, and there was rumor of the short sale debt forgiveness. it was renewed for 2013 and the realtor stated pushing hard to sell my house.

There are circumstances where the buyer doesn't close and that's a difficult position to be in but rest assured finding a new buyer and closing the short sale is always my top priority.
