Thomas couldn't be more right! The banks are getting difficult to deal with especially since our state legislation (AB321) has hand cuffed the banks from foreclosing on properties! Call me to discuss doing a short sale and get out of your underwater property! I know how to deal with these banks and negotiate your waiver deficiency with no out of pocket expenses!
We had good communication throughout the entire process; all emails and telephone messages were answered in a timely manner. We did not meet the agent in person; everything was done through email and telephone. We would have preferred to meet with the agent in order to establish better working relationship. The photographer that the agent used for the listing photos did not take very good pictures, could have been better.
