Ehren helped me sell 2 homes, one in 2007 and another in 2011. He did an awesome job, especially with the home in 2011 which was a Short Sale. Ehren was very patient and made sure we understood the process, laws, and repercussions. Most recently I contacted Ehren to help me find a rental property in Anthem. I know this isn't a big paycheck transaction, but he still took the time to answer all my questions about the community and HOA. Ehren sold my house as a short sale. He was sensitive to the situation and handled everything quickly. He negotiated the 2 loans on the home and had an attorney review the documents. The house sold quickly and the short sale was accepted by the banks. Everyone has a different opinion on short sales but if you hire a Realtor with experience, it's not difficult. I am lucky to have such a great realtor. I recommend Ehren to all my family and friends.

In 2012, I contacted Resolution Realty concerning some residential investment properties I was considering in the Henderson, NV area. In my meetings and conversations with Ehren Alessi and his staff, I found them to be very knowledgeable and were genuinely interested in assisting me. As it turned out, I didn't purchase anything at that time but I will definitely look to Ehren and Resolution Realty for any of my future realty needs or requests.

Ehren Alessi could not have been more professional. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field I have purchased two houses thru Ehren and both times his expertise was outstanding. Had he not been so impressive I would never have gone back to him. I have recommended him to my friends. We are very fortunate to have someone available to us that is so outstanding in his field!!!

When I met Ehren he was personable, he listened to my needs and before I left his office we had a plan of action. Ehren or someone from his office where prompt in returning my calls and addressing my needs as they came about. I even recommended him to my in-laws. In the end I decided to stay in my home but Resolution Realty and especially Ehren Alessi were great through the whole process.

I've worked with Ehren on both the buying and selling of homes. He helped me out a great deal with my short sale a few years back and he also helped us purchase our new home. We were completely new to the buying and selling process and he was able to answer all our questions in a respectful manner. The short sale process did take longer than expected, but his communication throughout the process put us ease. Thanks Ehren.

Ehren Alessi was extremely helpful, his knowledge of the market was incredible. After meeting him for the first time i knew he would be my realtor. I have sent him over all of my friends and would not trust anyone else with my friends or family.

I would describe my experience as a smooth and non stressful at all. Ehren was very responsive and knowledgeable to all questions and/or concerns that I had for him. I was never left in the dark throughout the transaction. If anything popped up in the process, Ehren was quick to let me know and have an explanation as to why.
