After 1 1/2 years of struggling to find a buyer for a short sale at a price that the bank would a agree to, we switched to Resolution Realty. I only dealt with him once and he seemed knowledgeable. His staff was very prompt in answering questions or referring me to the appropriate individual. They were quicker to respond to me than the attorney's office!
