Ive lived at Oakbrook for 4 years and still live here currently. Affordable, spacious and nice looking units. Ive never had a bug or rodent problem and maintenance responds to issues fast... i would most definitely recommend Oakbrook to any and everyone...

Hi Lori, As mentioned above, the end of June saw temperatures exceed 105', which in turn put stress on the air conditioners and resulted in several units being out of service. Our Regional Manager purchased 6 portable units to provide air to those who had a non functioning machine. Due to the heat wave, many other business were experiencing similar issues - which resulted in a backlog of several weeks to purchase new systems. Hi! I have never written a review but happened across some reviews that were really bad and felt I had to share my thoughts. Overall, I really like living here.
